![]() This model also supports design and development of new control systems, based on identification of problems in the current environment. We introduce GMOC, a conceptual model that contains necessary components to describe and analyse human control work. Many methods for analysis of human work exist, but these are often complex and lead to results that do not fully support the design and development process.
